4. Payments
All fees are agreed upon before the start of a project and must be paid as outlined in the proposal or invoice.
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
All content created by Savitar Global for a client becomes the client’s property after full payment is received.
We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your confidentiality and agree not to disclose any private information shared with us, except where legally required.
7. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the working relationship with written notice. The client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Third-Party Tools and Services
We may use third-party tools, software, or platforms during service delivery. Savitar Global is not responsible for downtime, limitations, or damages caused by third-party platforms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
11. Updates to Terms
Savitar Global reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
