At Savitar Global, we prioritize quality over quantity by accepting a limited number of client projects each month. To ensure fair scheduling and dedicated attention to each project, we require a Slot Allocation Fee to reserve your position in our project pipeline.

1. Purpose of the Slot Allocation Fee

The Slot Allocation Fee of $200 is collected to:

• Confirm your interest and commitment to work with us.

• Allocate internal resources and scheduling capacity in advance.

• Prevent overbooking and ensure timely delivery for all active clients.

This fee is not an additional charge and will be applied as a credit toward your final project invoice once the work begins.

2. Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Therefore, we offer a 100% refund of the Slot Allocation Fee if the following conditions are met:

• You notify us in writing of your decision to cancel the slot within seven (7) calendar days of payment.

• The cancellation request must be sent to our official email or submitted through our contact form.

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days from the date of your cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

3. Non-Refundable Terms

The Slot Allocation Fee becomes non-refundable under the following circumstances:

• If the cancellation request is received after the 7-day window.

• If we have already begun any form of project work, consultation, research, or planning based on your initial discussions or briefings.

This policy exists to compensate for administrative time, consultation planning, and the loss of potential projects due to the reserved slot.

4. Client Acknowledgment

By submitting payment for the Slot Allocation Fee, you:

• Acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms outlined in this agreement.

• Agree to be bound by the conditions of this policy.

• Understand that the reserved slot is not confirmed until payment is received.
