Is this the final price?
It's an estimate from typical projects. Your project manager confirms the exact price after a free 30-minute call, once they've seen your store.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
Not if the move is done properly. We redirect your old URLs to their new pages, carry over titles and descriptions, and check the important pages before and after launch. Shopify can't redirect a few reserved paths, such as ones starting with /shop, so we check your URLs for those early and plan around them.
Can my customers keep their passwords?
No platform can move passwords. Shopify's newer customer accounts sign in with a one-time code sent by email, so your customers don't need a password at all.
Will my store go offline during the move?
No. We build and test your new Shopify store while the old one keeps selling, then switch your domain over when it's ready.
What happens to my apps and plugins?
We match each one to a Shopify app or a built-in feature, and set them up as part of the move.
Can I pay in stages?
Yes. Payment plans are explained on your first call, and a refundable slot fee reserves your place in our build calendar.
