A calm PCOS tracker, with an AI guide that has read your logs.
Cyra helps women with PCOS track a cycle that runs long, log a meal from one photo, move gently at home and ask Nova, an AI guide that answers from their own logs. It is a native SwiftUI app, live on the App Store.

What it had to do.
Most cycle apps assume a 28-day cycle. For someone with PCOS that template is wrong on day one.
Cyra had to feel quiet and personal, never clinical, and still be useful on the days a cycle runs to day 39.
The work, piece by piece.
- 01
A cycle without a template
The cycle view shows where you are, even "running long" on day 39, and explains the window instead of guessing.
- 02
Meals from a photo
Scan a meal or type it in, see recipes picked for you, and track water and protein without counting every calorie.
- 03
Seven small things a day
A short, personal plan for the day: sit still for five minutes, step outside, take your medication, move for twenty.
- 04
Nova, an AI guide
Ask questions and get answers that start from your own logs, plus a Learn library with myth-or-fact cards.
- 05
Subscriptions that make sense
StoreKit plans for 4, 12 and 24 weeks, with web quiz funnels built for the launch ads.
